Partnerships for Change: Supporting the Student Voice through Regionalisation

In response to the challenges faced by colleges, NUS and sparqs are pleased to announce their new project, Partnerships for Change: Supporting the Student Voice through Regionalisation.

The project will help to ensure students are at the centre of developments and will support students’ associations to:

  • Engage with change processes as colleges merge, federate and develop to meet the regionalisation agenda to ensure decision making is influenced by students.
  • Develop new structures and processes to ensure students can effectively shape and influence college life and the student experience within the new regions – representing students with an independent voice throughout access points and fulfilling a governance role within any new regional structures.
  • Contribute to national developments and strategic direction taking colleges forward.

NUS and sparqs have assigned each college a member of our staff who will be available to support the college through this process. To find out which staff member is responsible for which college, please click here.
