Summary

A joint University/Dundee University Students' Association (DUSA) publication for students which explains the operation of student representation systems within the University and DUSA.

Background

The publication is aimed at improving students' awareness of the operation of student representation systems in the University and the Dundee University Students' Association (DUSA).

Development

It was developed over a period of three months to coincide with the new academic year in September 2008.

The publication was developed jointly by staff from Academic Affairs and DUSA sabbatical officers and its printing is funded by the University.

Effectiveness and impact

Verbal evidence from School Presidents and student class representatives has indicated an extremely positive reaction to this new publication which revised annually which was commended in the University's recent draft Enhancement Led Institutional Review report.
