While the sector continues to work on a joint approach to quality for colleges and universities, for the current academic year (2023-24) quality arrangements continue to be separate.
sparqs has been supporting institutions and students’ associations through these changes, ensuring students are engaged in these arrangements. We continue to deliver relevant updates during our SESN and NEON meetings and at the beginning of 2023 we also circulated briefings for colleges and for universities detailing the procedure for quality arrangements.
While the university briefing is still relevant for 2023-24, there is some additional guidance for colleges, therefore sparqs has circulated a new college briefing to college officers and students’ associations, which is also available on the Quality Arrangements page of our website.
