Game Changer Awards – 31st January deadline for submissions!

Colleges Scotland and Universities Scotland have welcomed the endorsement of Scottish Government Ministers for the Game Changer Awards. Welcoming the opportunity to recognise the unique contribution made by colleges and universities to the forthcoming Commonwealth Games, the Cabinet Secretary for Education and Lifelong Learning, Michael Russell MSP, said:

"The XX Commonwealth Games this year will provide people from all walks of life an exciting opportunity to be involved in a world class sporting event in Scotland. It's fantastic to see Scotland's further and higher education institutions getting involved to ensure that Glasgow 2014 is a success.

The Game Changer Awards are an opportunity to recognise the wide variety of contributions made by staff and students from our colleges and universities and I wish everyone luck with their applications."

The deadline is fast approaching to submit entries for the Game Changer Awards. http://www.gamechangerawards.org/enter/

The deadline for entries is Friday 31 January 2014.
