On Tuesday 10th November 2015 we held the second in our series of events for institutional or SA staff who co-ordinate training for course reps, focusing on ongoing course rep development.
The theme of this meeting was the ongoing training and development of reps after the usual autumn introductory training is over.
Content included:
- An overview from sparqs about its own materials to provide ongoing support to course reps.
- Sector-specific sessions on key developments in universities and colleges, and how to train course reps in them.
- Presentations of good practice from universities and colleges of programmes for ongoing support of reps.
The day ran from 10.30am until 4.00pm, and lunch and refreshments were provided. The event hashtag, for use on Twitter, was #sparqsCRTcn
