Bookings are now open for the next meeting of our National Education Officers' Network (NEON) on Tuesday 24th November 2020 from 10.00am until 12.45pm.
NEON is designed to be a space for officers to network and work on issues together in a cross-sector capacity. This event is aimed at student officers with education remits from colleges and universities across Scotland.
This meeting of NEON will focus on two key sector projects:
- The Scottish Funding Council review and gathering student officer views on the future of Scottish Further and Higher Education.
- Advance HE and QAA’s ‘Developing an Anti-Racist Curricula’ project.
These are two significant projects for the sector for the upcoming academic year, with the potential for far-reaching and long-lasting impacts on the sector. The meeting will give an opportunity for student officers to influence the direction of these projects and to hear how they can get more involved with these initiatives over the next year.
See the event booking page to view the agenda for the meeting and to register to join us.
The event hashtag, for use on Twitter, is #sparqsNEON
