Nominations have closed for the sparqs' Student Engagement Awards 2021, a process that has seen over fifty submissions across our six categories.
Shortlisting is now underway, and the high quality and diversity of the submissions means it’s a tough job for our judges, who are drawn from our University and College Advisory Groups.
We are very grateful to all staff and students who worked so hard in developing their submissions, especially at such a busy time. We will respond to all who submitted to the awards by the week of 14th June to notify whether they have been shortlisted.
Winners will then be announced on Tuesday 22nd June, at an online ceremony that is open for registration. The event will be hosted by the chair of sparqs’ Trustees, Sir Andrew Cubie, and will also see the launch of a report showcasing our submissions and many other examples of successful engagement and partnership seen across our sector this academic year.
In a year of such dramatic change it is important that we celebrate the resilience of student partnership at the heart of our sector, and we hope you can join us on Tuesday 22nd to help us do just that.
