We are recruiting a Development Consultant! - closing date 12noon on 16th July

We are currently recruiting a Development Consultant to join the staff team

We are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated and committed individual to help contribute to our vision and strategy, and to deliver a range of activities, including training, consultancy support and research and development projects.

The post is fixed-term for 1 year, with the possibility of extension, dependent on funding.  It is based in Edinburgh (although temporary home working will be required) and we will consider secondment and flexible working in relation to location and hours.

During the pandemic we have embraced online working and have successfully delivered many events and training activities via online platforms. As we reassess our delivery methods moving forward, we expect to embed some of our learning from these approaches, while reintroducing the more traditional, face-to-face contact that we value.

During the coming year we will be concentrating on helping rebuild Scotland’s educational sector, ensuring our work protects and enhances the student learning experience across the sector. Widening access, supporting effective learner journeys, and shaping quality enhancement processes across the sector will be a key focus as we move forward.

See the recruitment page for the vacancy for full details on the role and how to apply.

Closing date:  12noon on Friday 16th July 2021.

Interviews will be held on Tuesday 3rd and Wednesday 4th August 2021.

If you have enquiries about the role, please contact Eve Lewis, Director - eve.lewis@sparqs.ac.uk or call 0131 622 6599.
