Upon request of sparqs’ SESN (Student Engagement Staff Network) members, we are delighted to launch our new Buddying Scheme for student engagement staff across Scotland!
Simply complete the sign-up form and we will match you with another practitioner in the field of student engagement. You will then have the opportunity to meet to discuss any shared challenges and ideas, learning about a different context and maybe lay the ground for future cross-institutional collaborations. Further details and advice on how often to meet, etc. are included in the sign-up form.
We have already received our first couple of applications so the matching process will be underway soon!
At the end of the academic year, we will be in touch with members of the scheme to have a chat about their experience, in order to evaluate how the scheme might be improved for the following year. We hope the scheme will be useful to student engagement staff and are excited to seeing how it develops!
