We are delighted to welcome Catriona Bell to the sparqs’ team over the next few months, joining us on a Consultancy basis to carry out a piece work around staff development. Catriona has been engaged in sparqs’ work over the years through her previous roles at Queen Margaret University and Advance HE and is a valued sector colleague.
Catriona has a wealth of knowledge around staff development and is well placed to hit the ground running with this piece of work, having helped the sparqs team with our own staff development in the past, supporting us around the Advance HE Fellowship programme to gain professional accreditation. In addition, Catriona was a key contributor to our Professional Standards Framework for Student Engagement, providing external expertise when the framework was being developed in 2022.
We look forward to working with Catriona on progressing the staff development work and know you will all join us in welcoming her to the team while she is with us.
