This resource provides an introduction to the Student Learning Experience (SLE) model and focuses around the following areas:

  • Why do I need to know about the Student Learning Experience (SLE) model?
  • Its role in the Tertiary Quality Enhancement Framework (TQEF).
  • How it was developed, including co-creation with over 300 students from across the Scottish tertiary sector.
  • What it comprises, including nine Building Blocks with linked Reflective Questions, and three lenses.
  • How should or could the SLE model be used?
