Description
Our second meeting of sparqs’ National Education Officers’ Network (NEON) of 2024-25 will take place on Tuesday 25th February.
NEON is designed to be a space for student officers with education remits from colleges and universities across Scotland, to network and work on issues together in a cross-institutional capacity. The purpose of the network was reviewed for 2024-25 and will focus on providing continuous training to officers. This academic year, the ongoing training programme will particularly focus on preparing officers to engage with the new Tertiary Quality Enhancement Framework.
The agenda for the February meeting will continue discussions on how to best support the officers in engaging with the current quality landscape in their institution and considering how to prepare an effective induction for new officers.
The event hashtag, for use on social media is #sparqsNEON
