Description
This event was aimed at university student officers and students’ association staff. It aimed to equip participants with the knowledge and tools to engage with the quality enhancement agenda, looking at why quality matters to students and how to use it to make change.
By the end of the day participants are able to:
- Explain how quality affects your students learning experience.
- Explain the wider quality context.
- Develop a change strategy.
