Second NEON meeting open to book - 19th February 2020

The second meeting of the new sparqs’ National Education Officers’ Network (NEON) is taking place on Wednesday 19th February 2020, at Fife College's Dunfermline Campus.

The network, launched in November 2019, provides an opportunity for officers with an education remit from colleges and universities across Scotland to discuss and work on key sector issues together in a cross-sector capacity.

A detailed agenda will follow in due course, but topics are expected to include Gender Action Plans, QAA’s new Enhancement Theme and contributions from sector agencies.

The event hashtag, for use on Twitter, is #sparqsNEON

The creation of NEON in late 2019 followed the success of sparqs’ staff network, and feedback from the sector that there was an appetite for a similar officers' network.

See the event booking page to register to attend on 19th February!

We’re excited to work with everyone to develop the network in its inaugural year and look forward to welcoming you all to Fife College's Dunfermline Campus for the second meeting.
