We’ve recently wished a fond farewell to Megan McHaney, who has been working with us over the past year on a temporary consultancy basis. Megan’s work has been hugely valuable to sparqs, providing additional capacity during the development of some of our recently published resources. She has played a pivotal role in the development of ‘Scotland’s Ambition for Student Partnership’, as well as sparqs’ guidance document on the Self-Evaluation and Action Plan (SEAP). These resources support Scotland’s Tertiary Quality Enhancement Framework (TQEF), the new quality approach for colleges and universities.
Megan is a former sparqs’ Development Consultant, so had the skills and expertise to allow her to hit the ground running with the pieces of work she joined us to progress. We were delighted to have her back in the team, both on a personal level and a professional level, providing valuable additional capacity while the team was at reduced staffing levels.
Our thanks go to Megan for her hard work in partnership with the team to progress several important pieces of work. We know you will all join us in thanking Megan and we wish her well in her Consultancy work in the future. We look forward to catching up with Megan soon for a farewell send-off!
